  • What are your ordering processing times?
    Our ordering times are up to 5 business days to process payments and 5 to 7 business days for shipping. During sales/promotions please expect processing of payments and shipping to take a little longer. We do not offer overnight/expedite shipping at this time. Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. You will receive tracking number once items are shipped.
  • Are you still shipping during the pandemic?
    Yes, we are still shipping. You will receive tracking info once packages have been mailed. We use USPS as our mailing carrier.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    No, at this time we do not have a store front location.
  • I ordered online but I want to cancel, can I do that?"
    Once an order is submitted it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage our customers to look over the order details carefully before submitting their order.
  • In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delay delivery will BlueDreamExtensions cover the cost of my hair appointment and or cancellation fees?
    BlueDreamExtensions will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm of your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.
  • Do you have a student, military or stylist discount?"
    No we do not offer discounts to select groups at this time. We are ALWAYS having a sale. Please join our mailing list for updates on upcoming promotions and offers.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    Yes, we offer wholesale pricing. You would have to buy a minimum of 10 bundles to receive discounted price. Please use our email BlueDreamExtensions@gmail.com to place your order.
  • I placed an order and forgot to use promo code, can I use code after order has been placed?"
    Once an order has been placed, discount codes may not be applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the same discount code after your order is submitted. Also should note, discounts can not be applied to previous purhases or future purchases.
  • Do you sell closures/frontals?
    Yes, we sell both closures and frontals. Allow 10-14 business days to process as closures/frontals sell out fast!!
  • Are you looking for Hair Ambassadors?
    Yes. We are looking for hair ambassadors. Please subscribe to our email to be the first to know when we re-open our Hair Ambassador Program.
  • Can I use more than one promo code?
    No. Only one promo code is permitted per purchase order. Promo codes can not be used on already discounted hair. During promotions/sales please expect processing payments and shipping to be delayed.
