We process payments within 3-5 business days. After payments are processed, orders are then shipped within 5-7 business days. We ask for your patience to process and verify orders. During major sales/promotions orders may take longer than normal. To prevent delays with your order processing make sure your billing and shipping match. If they do not match we suggest using the PayPal option. All orders are shipped USPS with a tracking number. Payment processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to the product, refunds, shipment methods, address cancellations, etc.
