Shipping Process

We process payments and orders within three business days. Some shipments take 5 to 7 business days. We ask for up to three business days to process and verify orders. During major sales/promotions orders may take longer than normal. To prevent delays with your order processing make sure your billing and shipping match. If they do not match we suggest using the PayPal option. All orders are shipped USPS with a direct signature. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to the product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses cancellations, etc. 

Exchanges/returns

All sales are final. There are no refunds allowed due to the sanitary nature in high appeal of our products.
